First Visit –

• Complete Intake Forms
• Talk about your goals
• Receive an informational presentation
• We answer your questions
• Measure blood pressure and weight
• Complete a 3D body scan
• Meet with a doctor via Telephone or Zoom call
• Optional photo (for before/after)
• If approved doctor will prescribe medication
• We will fax order to pharmacy and collect payment
• We will tell you when you can pick up medication (usually within 24-48 hours).
